SERVICE INTERVAL RESET

Our customers are entitled to 1 free check-up per year, for a period of 3 years.
A check-up is a free diagnosis and advice on your NIEF electric bicycle that is carried out free of charge in our workshop.

It is also possible to receive home service for an additional fee (calculated based on distance and type of service). If it concerns a simple repair, our technician can carry out the repair directly at your home.

*Maintenance and spare parts costs are not included in the price.

The free check-up is carried out by our technician who checks the components below:

  • check bolts/nuts

    Check all bolts and add additional grease/lubricant

  • Tyres

    Check the condition of the tires and set them to the correct pressure

  • BOTTOM BRACKET

    Trapas controle

  • Tighten spokes

    Check and adjust the spoke to the correct tension

  • BRAKES

    Controle en afstellen van de voor- en achterrem

  • WHEELS

    Check the wheel bearings and the correct condition of the rim

  • CHAIN AND CRANKSET

    Checking and lubricating chain and sprocket cassette

  • Derailleur

    Checking, cleaning and adjusting the derailleur (gears)

  • Clean electrical contact points

    Checking all electronic connections (display, controller, brakes, motor)

  • FIRMWARE UPDATE

    Update the controller and display software (if necessary)

  • CLEAN FRAME

    Clean the frame with special degreasing agents and a silicone spray

  • NIEF.APP UPDATE

    Update of the NIEF.APP (maintenance date and type of repair)
